Download and Install UniFi Identity

Unifi Identity is not just about digital authentication it also provides a smart, secure, and centralised solution for physical access control. It enables organisations to manage who can enter their premises using a unified identity system.

How It Works

• Mobile-Based Access: Employees can unlock doors using their smartphone or smartwatch via the UniFi Identity app no need for physical keycards.
• Tap-to-Access: Doors equipped with UniFi Access hardware allow users to simply tap their device for entry.
  
  

Here’s a step-by-step guide you can share for installing UniFi Identity Endpoint on both Apple and Android devices: 

Prerequisites

• You must have an invitation from your system or workspace administrator to join UniFi Identity.
  Without this invitation, you will not be able to sign in or activate the app.
  
  

For Apple Devices (iOS/iPadOS)

1. Open the App Store on your device.
2. Search for UniFi Identity Endpoint or use this direct link:
   https://apps.apple.com/us/app/unifi-identity-endpoint/id6450954172 
3. Tap Get and install the app.
4. Once installed, open the app and sign in using the credentials provided in your invitation.

For Android Devices

1. Open the Google Play Store on your device.
2. Search for UniFi Identity Endpoint or use this direct link:
   https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ui.uid.standard&hl=en_US&gl=US 
3. Tap Install to download and install the app.
4. After installation, open the app and sign in using the credentials provided in your invitation.
